On Thursday, July 4 Ernst & Young issued a press release announcing their finalists for the 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year Award!
We are very excited and pleased to share that our very own Founder and HP Partner, Alan Whitten, has been made a finalist in the Real Estate/Construction category.

HUNTINGTON PROPERTIES COMPLETES THE ACQUISITION OF TWO, WELL LOCATED, 100% LEASED INDUSTRIAL ASSETS AT 130 & 140 IBER ROAD IN WEST OTTAWA. The Partners of Ottawa’s Huntington Properties are pleased to announce the acquisition of two industrial properties to its portfolio, 130 & 140 Iber Road in Ottawa West. The properties, totaling close to 100,000 square feet, were acquired by the Huntington-sponsored Ottawa Industrial Properties Limited Partnership (OIP), and are strong additions to OIP's 2015 acquisition of the ABI Advanced Business Interiors' headquarters on St. Laurent Boulevard in the Ottawa Business Park.
